When you can get your challenge fee back, and how.
1. Full refund before your first trade
You can get a full refund of a challenge fee within 14 days of purchase, as long as no trade has been opened on the account. Write to [email protected] from the email address of your HaxFunded account and include the account number.
2. After the first trade
Once a trade has been opened, the evaluation has started and the fee is not refundable, including when the account is closed for breaking a rule.
3. Free and discounted challenges
Challenges received for free (for example, as a prize) are not refundable. For challenges bought with a promo code, we refund the amount you actually paid.
4. How refunds are paid
We refund in the way you paid. Crypto payments are refunded in USDT to a wallet address you give us, usually within 5 business days. When a refund is made, the account is closed.
5. Technical faults
If a confirmed technical fault on our side closed your account, we will restore the account or offer a new challenge of the same size, at your choice.
