Rules and FAQ
Rules
How is the daily loss limit measured?
At 00:00 UTC we record the higher of your balance and equity. During the day your equity — including floating profit and loss of open positions — may not fall more than 5% of the starting balance below that level.
How is the total loss limit measured?
Your equity may never drop below 90% of the initial account balance. The level is static: it does not move up as you make profit.
What counts as a trading day?
Any day (UTC) on which you open at least one position. Each phase requires at least 4 trading days before it can be passed.
What happens if I break a rule?
Open positions are closed, the account stops accepting orders and the dashboard shows which rule was broken, when, and at what equity. You can start a new challenge at any time.
Can the rules change while my challenge is running?
No. The rules are copied to your account when it is created. Changes to the public catalog only apply to challenges bought afterwards.
Accounts and payouts
Is the money real?
No. All accounts are simulated and trade virtual funds against real market prices. Funded traders receive rewards from company revenue based on their simulated results.
When can I request a payout?
On a funded account, every 14 days, as long as the account is within the limits and has profit above the minimum payout amount. You keep 80% of the profit.
How is my account protected?
Passwords are stored as salted hashes, sessions can be reviewed and ended from your dashboard, and you can turn on two-factor authentication with any authenticator app.
