Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 14, 2026

These terms explain how HaxFunded challenges, funded accounts and rewards work. Please read them before you buy a challenge.

1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and HaxFunded ("HaxFunded", "we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a challenge you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and the Risk Disclosure.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Changes apply to challenges bought after the change, unless the change is in your favour, in which case it may also apply to active accounts.

2. What we provide

HaxFunded provides a skills evaluation for traders. You trade a simulated account with virtual funds at real market prices. If you pass the evaluation, you receive a funded account, which is also simulated, and can earn rewards based on its results.

HaxFunded is not a broker, does not accept deposits, does not manage money and does not provide investment advice. No trades are placed on a real market on your behalf.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed by the laws of your country to use the service. The service is not available to residents of countries under comprehensive international sanctions (including Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Cuba) or of the United States.

You may hold one HaxFunded account. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account. Trading on your account by another person is not allowed.

4. Challenge rules

A challenge has two evaluation phases (Phase 1 and Phase 2) followed by a funded account. The profit target, loss limits, minimum trading days and leverage of each phase are shown on the pricing page and on the checkout page at the time of purchase, and are copied to your account when it opens.

There is no time limit. You can take as long as you need for each phase, as long as you stay within the loss limits.

The daily loss limit is measured from the higher of your balance and equity recorded at 00:00 UTC. The maximum loss limit is measured from the initial balance and does not move. Both limits include the floating profit and loss of open positions.

Our servers check the rules on every price update. Breaking a loss limit closes open positions and ends the account. The dashboard shows which rule was broken, when, and at what equity.

5. News trading

Trading during economic news releases is allowed in every phase, including funded accounts. We strongly advise against it: around major releases prices can move sharply, spreads widen and orders can be filled with slippage. A single news spike can break your daily or maximum loss limit and end the account. Losses caused by news volatility are not a reason for a refund or for restoring an account.

6. Prohibited practices

You may not: exploit errors, delays or outages of prices or the platform; use arbitrage between accounts or with external prices; hedge positions across your own accounts or with other traders; share or copy trades with other people's accounts outside the copy-trading feature built into HaxFunded; let another person trade your account; or act in any other way that is not genuine trading.

If we find a prohibited practice, we may close the affected account and refuse a reward that resulted from it. We will tell you the reason. You can dispute the decision by writing to [email protected] within 14 days.

7. Funded accounts and rewards

On a funded account you receive 90% of the profit made on the simulated account, as a reward paid by HaxFunded from its own revenue. Rewards are not profits from real trading and are not a salary.

You can request a reward every 14 days once your identity is verified (KYC), the account is within the limits, the profit is above the minimum reward amount and the other conditions shown on the payout page are met.

Rewards are paid in USDT on the network you choose (TRC-20 or ERC-20) to the wallet address you provide, usually within 3 business days after approval. Before approval our team reviews the trading of the cycle. You are responsible for providing a correct wallet address; transfers on a blockchain cannot be reversed.

8. Fees and payment

The challenge fee is a one-time payment for access to the evaluation, the platform and its tools. It is not a deposit, it is not invested and it is not part of the account balance. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change for future purchases. Promo codes are subject to their own conditions, shown at checkout.

Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

9. Identity verification

Before your first reward we ask you to verify your identity. We may also ask for verification if we suspect fraud or more than one account per person. If you do not complete verification, we cannot pay rewards.

10. Platform and prices

Prices come from third-party market data providers and may differ slightly from the prices of individual brokers. We aim for the platform to be available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. If a technical fault on our side clearly affects your account, write to us and we will review it.

11. Ending your account

You can stop using the service and ask us to close your HaxFunded account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms. Rewards that were approved before closure and are not affected by a breach of these Terms will still be paid.

12. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid for the challenge concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
