HAXFUNDED

Risk Disclosure

Last updated: October 14, 2026

Please read this before buying a challenge. It explains what HaxFunded is and what it is not.

1. Simulated trading

All HaxFunded accounts, including funded accounts, are simulated accounts with virtual funds. Trades are not placed on a real market and you do not buy or sell any financial instrument. Prices come from market data providers and may differ from the prices of individual brokers.

2. We are not a broker

HaxFunded does not accept deposits, does not manage money and does not provide investment advice. The challenge fee pays for taking part in an evaluation of trading skills; it is not an investment and not a deposit.

3. Rewards are not guaranteed

Rewards on a funded account are 90% of the profit made on the simulated account and are paid under the Terms and Conditions. Past results, yours or anyone else's, do not guarantee future results. Most traders do not pass the evaluation.

4. You can lose the challenge fee

If you break the daily or maximum loss limit, the account is closed and the challenge fee is not refunded, except as described in the Refund Policy.

5. News trading

Trading during news releases is allowed in every phase, but we strongly advise against it. Around news prices can move sharply, spreads widen and orders can be filled with slippage. This can break your daily or maximum loss limit instantly.

6. Leverage

Leverage increases both potential profit and potential loss on a simulated account. Even a small price move can break the rules.

7. Real trading

Trading leveraged products such as forex and CFDs with real money carries a high level of risk and can lead to losing more than you expect. Results on simulated accounts may not reflect results in real market conditions.

8. Who it is for

The service is only for people aged 18 or over and is not available where it is prohibited by law, as listed in the Terms and Conditions.
